Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- Walid Al－Muallem, minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Syria, in a speech at the UN General Assembly session on Sept. 26 called upon the international community to support Palestine.

The negotiations between Palestine and Israel continued for years, Al-Moualem said, adding: They have failed though to achieve any progress towards a solution due to Israeli.

The international community should recognize the Palestinian independent state with eastern Kuds as its capital on the basis of the borderline before the 1967 Mideast war and thus make sure that the Palestinians may realize their legitimate rights.
