Moscow, September 28 (KCNA) -- Official publications of Russian government bodies should not become liberal, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.

He made the remarks at a meeting of the United Russia Party held on Sept. 23.

What the federal or regional bodies need are official publications openly expressing their official views, not liberal publications camouflaging themselves as official and independent ones, he added.
