Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Thursday met and had a friendly talk with the delegation of the Communist Party of China headed by Guo Shengkun, secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPC.
