Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- The governor of Kyonggi Province of south Korea in a special lecture given at the press center in Seoul on Sept. 28 spoke ill of the chief executive, according to south Korean CBS.

He said that "things not good for the president are surfacing one after another" in apparent reference to the corruption and irregularities of the privileged class that had been disclosed in recent days.
