Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities handed over to the U.S. MP a criminal belonging to the Second Division of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces present in south Korea who committed sexual assault against an 18-year old girl student of south Korea in Tongduchon, Kyonggi Province.

The authorities committed such humiliating act under the pretext of the south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement".

The U.S. imperialist aggressors have committed all sorts of monstrous crimes such as violence, killing and rape, exercising extraterritorial right under the pretext of the above-said unequal agreement for the last several decades.

But those criminals have gone free due to such humiliating acts of south Korean ruling quarters.
