Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- The deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party in south Korea released a commentary on Sept. 29 denouncing the hypocritical behavior of the puppet military authorities.

The commentary recalled the WikiLeaks disclosed the fact that the authorities of the Defence Ministry made a promise to the U.S. that south Korea would cover almost all the expenses for the transfer of its forces base.

It was also revealed that south Korea decided to connive at the U.S. forces' use of the illegally accumulated funds for their upkeep for the above-said purpose, it added.

The commentary slammed the military authorities for telling a lie that the funds to be borne by south Korea are only half of the total expenses, far from clarifying the above-said facts before the "National Assembly" and people.

There are a lot of suspicions about the issue of expenses for the transfer of the base but the Defence Ministry is still feigning ignorance of it, it charged.

The commentary urged the ministry to properly probe the truth behind the above-said issue.
