Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on Sept. 21 on the 62nd anniversary of demise of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk. The statement praised Kim Jong Suk as the lifeguard who devotedly protected President Kim Il Sung and a brilliant paragon of devotion to comrades as she thought of her comrades before herself and cared for them. It went on: She powerfully aroused the women to the struggle against feudal oppression. She performed undying feats in building new democratic Korea after its liberation. She also devoted herself to bolstering the national defense capability. She gave birth to and brought up leader Kim Jong Il to be the great successor to the revolutionary cause of Juche. We pay high tribute to her, the mother of Korea and anti-Japanese war hero, on the anniversary of her demise. |
