Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- Children of minority peoples are in poverty in the U.S. due to the authorities' racial discrimination policy.

More than 6.1 million Latino children were living in poverty in 2010, and 4.4 million black children were poor, according to a report issued by the Pew Hispanic Center, a U.S. opinion survey organ, on Thursday.
