Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with new Cuban Ambassador to the DPRK German Hermin Ferras Alvarez who paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Tuesday.
