Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- The delivery of the Russian government's food aid to the DPRK through the World Food Programme (WFP) was over.

A presentation ceremony was held at the Pyongyang Flour-Processing Factory on Tuesday.

Present at the ceremony were Kim Ji Sok, vice-minister of Food Procurement and Administration, officials concerned, Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Valery E. Sukhinin and the delegation of the Russian Ministry of Extraordinary Situation led by Oleg Belaventsev, director of the Agency for Support and Coordination of Russian Participation in International Humanitarian Operations of the ministry, and Abdurrahim Siddiqui, acting representative of WFP in the DPRK.

After Kim Ji Sok and Oleg Belaventsev signed the document, speeches were made.

The Russian government's humanitarian aid is a manifestation of the traditional friendly relations between the two countries.
