Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the Russian Ministry of Extraordinary Situation led by Oleg Belaventsev, director of the Agency for Support and Coordination of Russian Participation in International Humanitarian Operations, visited the Kumsusan Memorial Palace on Tuesday to pay tribute to President Kim Il Sung.

They made deep bows in boundless reverence to Kim Il Sung, who made an immortal contribution to the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations.
