Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- Reyad al-Malki, foreign minister of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), in an interview with the "Voice of Palestine" radio on October 2 accused the United States of its unreasonable attitude.

He condemned the U.S. for having resorted to "intentional procrastination" after the Palestinians' bid for full UN membership was transferred to a committee of experts and decided not to transfer 200 million U.S. dollars to the PNA budget in response to their UN membership bid.

"Such a decision won't obstruct the ongoing Palestinian efforts to gain the full membership of a state in the UN," said Malki.

"We will follow carefully all the measures that would lead to bringing the bid to the Security Council for voting," he said.
