Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- German Chancellor Merkel in a recent telephone dialogue with the Israeli prime minister accused Israel of its moves to expand Jewish settlements.

German can not understand at all Israel's decision to build new Jewish settlements in East Kuds, she noted.

Such attitude leaves one skeptical as to whether the Israeli authorities have intention to resume the talks with Palestine or not, she said.
