Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- More than 200,000 people visited the Party Founding Memorial Tower for a little over one year since the Conference of the Workers' Party of Korea.

An endless stream of servicepersons, people from all walks of life and school youth and children is now visiting the tower on the 66th birthday of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The tower indicative of the invincible might of the WPK is a historic monument to the feats performed by President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in realizing the cause of the Juche-oriented party building.

It has a circle band symbolic of the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and the masses with tower bodies portraying hammer, sickle and writing brush in its center and a platform reflecting the history of the WPK that originated from the "Down-with Imperialism Union".
