Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will continue boosting the comradely relations with the Workers' Party of Korea in the struggle for building socialism against imperialism. Prakash Karat, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), said this when meeting with Rim Hoe Song, DPRK ambassador to India, on October 3. He said he was pleased to learn that leader Kim Jong Il made undying contributions to consolidating and strengthening the traditional DPRK-Russia and DPRK-China friendly relations by visiting the Siberian and Far East Regions of Russia and the Northeast Region of China. The proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo advanced by President Kim Il Sung is the most realistic way for achieving the reunification of Korea, he said, adding: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will extend invariable support and solidarity to the Korean people in their efforts to accelerate socialist construction and reunify the country. |
