Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea released a commentary on Friday in denunciation of the criminal atrocities by the U.S. forces in south Korea. A GI sexually assaulted a teenage south Korean girl student in Tongduchon, Kyonggi Province, enraging inhabitants, the commentary said. Similar crime was recently disclosed to be committed in Seoul, it noted, adding: Over the past decades the U.S. troops have ruthlessly trampled down on the life of south Korean people and committed such brutal deeds as taking away lives and property from them one after another. The south Korean authorities, however, haven't made any protest under the south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement". The commentary denounced the "government" and security authorities for turning a blind eye to the GI crimes under the pretext of this humiliating agreement. It urged the U.S. to totally revise the agreement and make apology to the south Koreans. |
