Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- A German paper in its October issue carried the gist of "Charter 10 With Faith in Independence" of Vol. 4 of Part 1 Anti-Japanese Revolution of President Kim Il Sung's reminiscences "With the Century".

It also carried the photo of the President.
