Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- Seminars, round-table talks, photo-exhibitions and film shows took place in Uganda, Bangladesh and Iran on Oct. 3 and 4 on the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The chairman of the Kampala City Committee of the Uganda National Resistance Movement at the seminar said that the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung has developed into a tested and seasoned party under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK became a great country no one dares provoke and its people the most dignified people in the world as all of them are rallied close around the powerful party, he noted.

M. Jahangir Khan, advisor of the Bangladesh Barisal Society for the Study of Songun Policy, said that the history of the WPK is precisely a great revolutionary history of Kim Il Sung and a glorious history in which a trail was blazed in building a revolutionary party in the era of independence and good example was set under his leadership.

The President's idea and theory of party building clearly indicate the principles and ways to be applied and implemented in building a workers' party and conducting its activities, he stressed, adding:

The WPK will always shine as the party of Kim Il Sung.
