Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- A performance of entrants of the 6th schoolchildren's individual art contest took place at Pyongyang Schoolchildren's Palace on Monday on the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers including male solo "We are happy under the care of Marshal Kim Il Sung," xylophone solo "General and children," serial folk songs "Thank you, party," accordion solo "My classmates," solo dance "Dance with Janggo" and trio "We will always follow the party".

The performers impressively portrayed the ardent yearning for Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and praised general secretary Kim Jong Il.

The performance was acclaimed by the audience.

Enjoying it were Ri Yong Su, department director of the WPK Central Committee, Ri Yong Chol, first secretary of the Central Committee of the youth league, and others.
