Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- South Korean youth and students held a press conference on Sunday outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul to denounce GIs for their sexual crimes.

Speakers said at the conference that the recently disclosed sexual crimes committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressor troops against south Korean school girls have touched off bitter wrath from broad masses.

The crimes are an encroachment on and insult to the personality of the south Korean school girls, they charged.

South Korean people can never forget the acquittal of a GI who ran an armored vehicle over two schoolgirls to death, they noted, urging the U.S. chief executive to make a personal apology for these crimes.

They would stage a nation-wide candlelight action unless responsible measures are taken to prevent the recurrence of such crimes, they warned.
