Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- Choe Thae Bok and Kim Yong Il, secretaries of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met with German Hermin Ferras Alvarez, Cuban ambassador newly accredited to the DPRK, on Tuesday when the latter paid a courtesy call on them.
