Moscow, October 12 (KCNA) -- Russia will continue cooperation with China in the nuclear power field.

Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin made the remark at a press conference on Tuesday after talks with his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao.

He said Russia will develop close cooperation with China in the nuclear power field on the basis of the experience it gained in building a nuclear power plant in China.

The cooperation will be based on the latest technology, with any possible danger taken into consideration, he added.
