Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il's work "The Workers' Party of Korea Is a Juche-Type Revolutionary Party Which Inherited the Glorious Tradition of the DIU" was brought out in pamphlet by the Dacca City S. R. Print Media Publishing House of Bangladesh.

The work, published on October 17, Juche 71(1982), refers to the significance of the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU), saying that the WPK is a Juche-type revolutionary party as it paved a new way for its development with its long history and has independently and creatively conducted revolutionary activities, guided by the Juche idea.

It also clarifies the position and role of the WPK in accomplishing the socialist cause.

A book releasing ceremony took place at the publishing house on Oct. 8.
