Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- The Headquarters of the All-People Movement for Checking the Conclusion of the south Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement held a press conference at the meeting hall of the Confederation of Trade Unions in Seoul on Tuesday to reject the conclusion of the FTA with U.S.

Speakers at the conference charged that the chief executive of south Korea was seeking to tour the U.S. and promise FTA conclusion to his American master.

The conclusion of the FTA will evidently result in making south Korea more dependent on the U.S. in the economy and bringing sufferings to the people, they said.

They called on all the people to turn out to check the authorities' scheme for conclusion of the agreement.

Meanwhile the Headquarters of the North Jolla Provincial People Movement for Checking the Conclusion of the south Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement also called a press conference outside the provincial office of the "Grand National Party", stressing the need to check the conclusion which will bring untold misfortune to south Korea.
