Pyongyang, October 16 (KCNA) -- Bangladeshi figures paid a congratulatory visit to the DPRK embassy in Dhaka on Oct. 10 on the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Among them were Rashed Khan Menon, chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, Mujahidul Islam Selim, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh Communist Party, and Ragib Ahsan Munna, secretary general of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee.

They laid a floral basket before the full-length painting of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.
