Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- Governor of Amur Region of the Russian Federation Oleg Kozhemyako and his party arrived here Monday.

They were greeted at the airport by So Kil Bok, vice-minister of Foreign Trade, Sim Kuk Ryong, DPRK consul-general in Nakhodka of the Russian Federation, officials concerned, Valery Sukhinin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy officials.
