Moscow, October 17 (KCNA) -- Radio Voice of Russia carried an article disclosing hypocritical act of NATO.

The effectiveness of NATO troops' military operations in Afghanistan have been hyped up, the radio said, adding NATO sometimes describes an ordinary Taliban combatant or a civilian arrested by mistake as "Taliban leader".

The number of Taliban combatants which NATO claimed have killed far exceeds the real number, the radio said, clarifying even innocent civilians have been arrested.
