Teheran, October 17 (KCNA) -- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Thursday that people play a key role in protecting the country from conspiracies.

"People's vigilance is a must for saving a nation from conspiracies and defending its identity and dignity," said Ayatollah Khamenei in a meeting with families of provincial war-time martyrs as well as war veterans and disabled.
