Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- A few days ago, the south Korean chief executive claimed holding a "principled south-north dialogue", blaming the stalled dialogue on the DPRK.

A bylined commentary of a DPRK major newspaper Minju Joson Thursday terms it sophism to justify his criminal acts of bedeviling the inter-Korean relations.

It says:

The south Korean authorities responded to the DPRK's sincere efforts to achieve reconciliation and unity and improve the bilateral relations through dialogue and negotiations with adventurous anti-DPRK war drills in collusion with foreign forces.

There has never been an opportunity for the north and the south to hold sincere dialogue in the true sense of the word after the present "government" took office. It is attributable to the south Korean conservative authorities' denial of dialogue and hindrance to contact with the DPRK.

It is natural for them to make apology to the nation for enforcing the "policy toward north" unanimously rejected at home and abroad and bedeviling the inter-Korean relations.

Nevertheless, the authorities called for holding a "principled dialogue". It is a revelation of their blacked-hearted intention to pass the buck for the stalled relations to the DPRK and, at the same time, an intolerable insult to the Koreans craving for the national reunification.

The mounting anti-"government" movement of the people in south Korea is driving the authorities to a predicament, which try to realize their ambition for laying a springboard in the upcoming "by-election" and winning the next year's "presidential election".

Explicitly speaking, the much-touted "principled dialogue" is a last-ditch effort of those caught in a dilemma due to the total failure of the "policy toward north".

The conservative group's "policy toward north", indicative of its frantic confrontation with fellow countrymen, will bring it nothing but ruin.
