Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- Seminars and lectures took place in Cambodia, Guinea and Ethiopia between October 4 and 6 to mark the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 85th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union.

The president of the Khmer Democratic Party of Cambodia said that the WPK could develop into a dignified and powerful party as it pursued the policies for the people under the leadership of such peerlessly great persons as President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The chairman of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea at the Kankan University of Guinea noted that the eye-opening reality of socialist Korea winning victories only century after century makes people think about the invincible might of the WPK and its source.

The chief of a branch of the Ethiopian Youth Study Group of the Juche Idea said that the Korean revolution that originated from the DIU under the leadership of Kim Il Sung has made dynamic advance under the banner of independence, Songun and unity.

He praised Kim Jong Il for turning the DPRK into a country of single-minded unity by inheriting Kim Il Sung's idea of unity and politics of love and benevolence.
