Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- When making public the acts of injustice against five Cubans imprisoned in the United States, the Cuban ambassador to Colombia, Ivan Mora, criticized the U.S. double standard in its alleged fight against terror. In an interview published in El Espectador on Tuesday, Mora referred to the case of the five Cuban antiterrorists unjustly held in U.S. prisons for warning Cuba about criminal acts plotted with total impunity by Florida-based terrorist groups. The U.S. made all sorts of plot against Cuba in the past period but it picks on Cuba as it supports terrorism, the ambassador denounced. They never threatened U.S. national security, he said. The Cuban government informed U.S. authorities about criminal acts by anti-Cuba organizations in Miami, but instead of investigating the reports, they tracked the source and arrested the Cuban Five, the diplomat recalled. |
