Moscow, October 21 (KCNA) -- Russia is preparing retaliatory measures against the deployment of the U.S. anti-missile system in Eastern Europe, Russian envoy to NATO Dmitry Rogozin said in a news conference Wednesday.

He also said that talks over the anti-missile defense between Russia and the U.S. have been stalled, because the Americans stubbornly offer things which are very difficult to use on practice.

"We'll combine the retaliatory steps with the continuation of talks", he declared.
