U.S.-resident Koreans Hit at S. Korean Chief Executive's Sycophancy

Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) -- Minjok Thongsin, an Internet paper run by the Koreans in the United States, carried an article on October 17 to criticize the south Korean chief executive for his kowtowing to the U.S.

During his recent tour of the U.S. the chief executive of south Korea zealously hailed the conclusion of FTA with the U.S., strongly opposed by the south Koreans. He described it as "epochal success" in economic alliance with the U.S. as well as in military tie-up.

Recalling this fact, the article said:

As for FTA, it is nothing but an act of asking for south Korea's economic dependence on the U.S.

The south Korean authorities seek to leave the economy, culture and all other realms of society entirely to the U.S.

Worse still, the south Korean chief executive made no mention of apology from the U.S. over the sexual assault crimes committed by its imperialist aggressor troops present in south Korea and amendment to the unequal south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement".

He is taking only the pro-American sycophantic stand and the south Korean "government" has lost popular support.
