Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- The number of flood victims increases in Southeast Asian countries.

The successive flood since last July left 745 dead in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Philippines.

315 are confirmed dead only in Thailand.

Steps are being taken one after another to heal the flood damage in those countries.
