Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Russia's carrier rocket "Soyuz-ST -B" was launched from the space center in French Guiana on Friday, according to the French State Space Research Center.

The rocket carried two navigation satellites of Galileo, Europe's GPS (Global Position System).
