Beijing, October 24 (KCNA) -- The Tibet Autonomous Region is putting great efforts to the work for personnel training.

The region has totally 280,000 competent people who have played important roles in socio-economic development.

It is the plan of the region to train 326,000 personnel within the upcoming 5 years by promoting personnel training.
