Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Japan's cigarette sales in the April-September first half of fiscal 2011 decreased 25.1 percent from a year earlier, an industry body said Friday.

Meanwhile, in Spain, the construction of new homes fell by 24 percent in the second quarter of 2011 compared with the same period in 2010.
