Pyongyang, October 26 (KCNA) -- The Iranian paper Iran News on Oct. 19 carried an article under the title "The most reasonable and fair and aboveboard proposal for reunification" on the 31st anniversary of the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo.

President Kim Il Sung put forth the proposal for founding the DFRK at the 6th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea which calls for achieving the reunification of the country by founding a federal state on the basis of recognizing and tolerating each other's ideologies and systems existing in the north and the south, the article noted.

This is a unique proposal for reunification and the most reasonable and fair and aboveboard one for reunification as it considers the nation more important than the existing systems, the article stressed.
