Beijing, October 26 (KCNA) -- Li Yuanchao, head of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), on Monday called for training talents needed for the building of a cultural power.

Speaking at the 33rd session of the central group for training of talents, he said that talents play a key role in promoting a great development and prosperity of socialist culture.

He also underscored the need to deeply study the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and fully carrying out the tasks for training cultural talents.
