Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- The ITAR-TASS of Russia on Monday introduced the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Processing Factory in the DPRK.

The factory was built by soldiers in a short span of time and went into operation, the news agency noted, elaborating on the scale of the factory, varieties of products, etc.

Experts constantly raise the quality of products, and the factory is equipped with automatically-controlled processes including fruit processing and cooling, it said.

It also introduced the prospect of the factory.

General Secretary Kim Jong Il gave field guidance to this factory despite sweltering weather in July last, the agency said.
