Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) -- Torrential rain has flooded parts of south-west England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Some people went missing and public buildings were submerged, playing havoc with the daily life of the residents.

Roads have been inundated with water, paralyzing the traffic.
