Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff in a diplomatic talk on Tuesday accused the United States and Western countries of posing irresponsible stance as regards the global economic crisis.

She said she was concerned with the crisis and the possible escalation of the financial turmoil which would affect many other nations rather than those responsible for the crisis in the first place, strongly urging the U.S. and the West to take quick action to defuse the crisis.

It is necessary to prevent countries responsible for the economic panic from transferring the cost of the crisis to others, she stressed.
