Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- Okinawa Gov. Hirokazu Nakaima voiced ire on Wednesday over Tuesday's agreement by the defense chiefs of Japan and the United States to speedily implement a bilateral accord to move a key U.S. base in Ginowan to the Henoko area in Nago, both in Okinawa.

''Their selection of an area for which the consent of prefectural citizens is hard to secure is not consistent with (their promise) to relocate and return (the base in Ginowan) as soon as possible,'' he told reporters.
