Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Sunday sent a congratulatory message to Cambodian Great King Norodom Sihanouk on his 89th birthday.

The message sincerely wished the great king good health and happiness, saying he is being respected as the closest friend of the Korean people as he not only has devoted his whole life to the independence of Cambodia and the prosperity of the Khmer nation but made great contributions to boosting the friendly relations between the two countries.
