Pyongyang, October 30 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim learned about farming at cooperative farms in South Hwanghae Province on Friday and Saturday on the spot.

Going round several farms including the Jangguk Cooperative Farm in Jaeryong County and the Muhak Cooperative Farm in Sinwon County, he learned about the immediate farming including harvesting and thrashing.

He underscored importance of the tasks facing the province in implementing the plan of the Workers' Party of Korea to bring about a decisive turn in improving the standard of people's living by settling the food issue of the people without fail.

He discussed the issues to rapidly conclude this year's farming and speed up the preparations for new year's farming and took measures.
