Pyongyang, October 31 (KCNA) -- It has been proven that the U.S. set up a military base abroad in secrecy.

According to the American newspaper Washington Post on October 27, the U.S. forces deployed a drone base in Ethiopia under the pretext of "war on terrorism". It is also installing such bases in Djibouti and Seychelles, the newspaper added.
