Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Premier Choe Yong Rim Tuesday sent a message of greeting to Winston Baldwin Spencer, prime minister of Antigua and Barbuda, on the 30th anniversary of its independence.

The message wished him success in his efforts for the development and prosperity of the country and well-being of the people.
