Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Teachers Union issued a statement on Oct. 27, exposing the puppet authorities' unreasonable reshuffle.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology intends to replace the deputy education inspector of Seoul City with a pro-"government" person, the statement said.

This act followed the "Grand National Party's" defeat in the recent Seoul mayoral election, the statement charged.

It expressed resentment at such move to block cooperation between the newly elected Seoul mayor and the City Education Agency. This proves that the authorities are turning away from the people's mindset erupted at the Seoul mayoral election, the statement added.

It demanded the authorities stop at once the reshuffling going against the people's mindset.
