Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- The United States has spent fabulous amount of funds to spy out other countries.

The U.S. State Intelligence Agency on Oct. 28 said that 54.6 billion U.S. dollars was spent for intelligence activities in fiscal 2011 ending September, an increase of about 1.5 billion dollars over the preceding fiscal year.
