Beijing, October 31 (KCNA) -- The 23rd session of the 11th Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress closed at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Saturday.

Adopted at the session through voting were decisions of the Standing Committee on revision of military service law, citizens' ID card law and some issues of strengthening the anti-terrorism combat.
